500g Brownie mix 2 large eggs 125ml cooking oil 60ml Super M Chocolate flavour Cupcake cases
For the icing Fondant icing 20ml Super M Chocolate flavour ½ cup melted chocolate
Method:
Beat the eggs, oil and Super M until combined. Add in the brownie mix and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into square foil baking tin and bake for 20-25 minutes in an airfryer at 180C.
Combine the fondant icing ingredients and spread onto cooled brownies. Slice into bite size pieces and serve.
