Coconut Curry Dumpling Soup

Put the viral dish to the test!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Red Thai Curry Paste
  • 1 tin coconut milk
  • 10 store-bought frozen dumplings

To serve:

  • Boiled eggs
  • Chili flakes
  • Sesame oil
  • Spring onion
  • Coriander

How To Make Coconut Curry Dumpling Soup

  1. Heat olive oil a large pan, add in curry paste and cook for about 1 – 2 minutes until fragrant, then pour in coconut milk.
  2. Bring it to a boil then reduce to a simmer, add in dumpling cover with a lid and cook for 5 – 6 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and serve immediately with boiled eggs.
  4. Garnish with chili flakes, drizzle of sesame oil, spring onion and coriander.
