Corn Flake-Coated Chicken Strips

Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, these Corn Flake-Coated Chicken Strips are the ultimate crispy snack or meal!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bokomo Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

How To Make Corn Flake-Coated Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (or set air fryer to 180°C).
  2. Season chicken strips with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each strip in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with crushed Bokomo Corn Flakes.
  4. Place on a lined baking tray, lightly spray with cooking oil, and bake for 15–20 minutes (or air fry for 10–12 minutes) until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
