Protein Smoothie & Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2-3 dates (pitted)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Handful of ice

How To Make Protein Smoothie

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Banana slices
  • Nuts

How To Make Overnight Oats

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, water, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  3. In the morning, give it a good stir.
  4. Enjoy as is or add your favourite toppings like banana slices, nuts, or a drizzle of honey!
