Creamy Cheesy Garlic & Sweetcorn Baked Rolls
Got some day-old rolls lying around? Don’t toss them, turn them into a brand-new, crave-worthy dish!

Preparation time: 10 – 12 minutes
Cooking time: 20 – 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 6–8-day-old dinner rolls or store-bought bread rolls
- 3 Tbsp garlic butter, melted
- ½ cup cream or full cream milk
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 cup sweetcorn
- 1½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
To serve:
- Parsley or chives, chopped
How To Make Creamy Cheesy Garlic & Sweetcorn Baked Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Grease a medium-sized baking dish.
- Arrange rolls in the baking dish, then brush the rolls with melted garlic butter.
- In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sweet corn, half the grated cheese and cream.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Pour the creamy corn mixture over the rolls.
- Sprinkle with more cheese, then place into the oven and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives, and serve warm.
