Creamy Potato Salad
The perfect side to your braai made extra creamy with Nestlé
Serves: 4
Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can (290g) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- 2 ½ Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 gherkins, diced
- 500g baby potatoes
- Salt
- black pepper
How To Make
- In a bowl combine the cream, mayonnaise, mustard, spring onion, parsley, and gherkins and mix well.
- Cook the potatoes until tender, then drain potatoes and cut them in half.
- Fold the warm potatoes into the cream mixture.
- Season with salt and milled black pepper.
- Allow to stand for at least 10 minutes.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
