Salted Caramel and Honeycomb Ice Cream

Ture indulgence made with Hug In A Mug’s Salted Caramel!

Serves: 4-6
Time: 4 hours


  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 sachets Salted Caramel and Honeycomb Cappuccinos
  • Pinch of salt
  • To decorate:
  • Caramel popcorn (optional)
  • Fudge (optional)

How To Make 

  1. Place a large mixing bowl and loaf pan in the freezer 30 minutes prior to making this recipe.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk, vanilla essence, cappuccinos and salt. Set aside.
  3. Remove the large bowl from the freezer add the cream and whisk with an electric whisk until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gradually fold in the condensed milk mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the chilled loaf tin and freeze for 3 hours or until set
