Creamy Samp and Beans Celebrating Mandela Day with one of Tata’s favourites! Serves: 3-4 Ingredients:200g samp400g dried sugar beans1 beef stock cube3 tbsp butter1 cup Clover Fresh milkSalt and pepper to taste How To Make Creamy Samp and BeansPlace the samp and beans in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.Reduce the heat and cook for 2 hours until the samp and beans are soft. Stirring in between to prevent sticking.After an hour, add the stock cube and simmer for another few minutes.Stir in the butter and the Clover Fresh milk.Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
