Mocha Cake Pops
Jacobs Cadbury Mocha make these cake pops irresistible!

Ingredients:
- 6 store-bought chocolate muffins/ cupcakes
- ½ cup of brewed Jacobs Cadbury Mocha
- ¼ cup of chocolate buttercream
- ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp oil coconut oil
How To Make Mocha Cake Pops
- Add the chocolate muffins into a large mixing bowl and crumble into fine crumbs.
- In a separate bowl combine the Jacobs Cadbury Mocha and chocolate buttercream until well combined, then combine this mixture with crumbs and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, chill the balls in the refrigerator for 20 – 30 minutes to firm up.
- Add the chocolate and 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil into separate bowls, then place into the microwave and heat, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
- Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert it into the cake balls, repeat with the remaining cake balls.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, then place it back onto the lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle each cake pop with chocolate sprinkles, cocoa powder or gold leaf.
