Crispy Chicken Asian Burger
It’s the combo of that crispy Farmer Brown Nourish Chicken bite with the teriyaki sauce that makes this a winner!

Ingredients:
- 4 Farmer Brown Nourish Frozen Lightly Dusted Crumbed Chicken Breast Fillets
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups rainbow slaw
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small cucumber, shaved into ribbons
- ½ cup Japanese mayo
- 4 brioche/burger buns, halved and toasted
- Chili crunch (optional)
How To Make Crispy Chicken Asian Burger
- Cook the chicken fillets in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through
- In the meantime, place the teriyaki sauce in a large skillet and heat slightly.
- In large bowl combine the slaw, olive oil, soy sauce and honey. Toss to combine and set aside.
- Once the chicken is ready, add it to the teriyaki sauce skillet and toss to coat the fillets.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading a mayo on the bun base, add the slaw, chicken fillets followed by cucumber ribbons.
- Drizzle over chili crunch and top with the burger bun.
