Ingredients:
- 600g to 1kg chicken wings
- Sauce:
- 1 Cup Sriracha
- 1/2 Cup honey
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbls butter
How To Make Honey Sriacha wings
- Bring all ingredients to the boil in a small
sauce pan - For the oven Grilled or air fried wings
- Take 600g to 1kg chicken wings that have been separated at the joint and pat them as dry as possible with paper Towle.
- In a large bowl coat the chicken wings with 1 to 1.5 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp salt and 1/2tsp black pepper.
- Remove the wings from the bowl and place on a baking tray uncovered in the fridge for min 1 hour to max 12 hours (this step is not compulsory but it helps to
produce crispy skin) - Pre heat oven or air fryer to 200 degrees and cook the wings for 20min making sure to turn them half way through.
- Once the 20 min are over turn the oven
up to 250 to crisp the wings for another 2 to 5 min. - Toss the wings in the sauce and serve garnish with Sesame seeds and spring onion.
Ingredients:
- Sauce:
- 1 Cup creamy mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Yellow mustard
- 1/4 Cup sweet pickels (diced fine)
- 2 Tbsp white onion (diced fine)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp Condensed milk
- To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients.
How To Make The ultimate double beeeg cheese burger
- To build the burger:
- 100g good quality 80/20 Beef mince 2x if you want a Double (smashed in the pan)
Soft Sesame seed bun (toasted)Sliced processed or cheddar cheese - Sliced pickels
- Sliced tomato
- Shredded Lettuce Thinly
- sliced red onion
Ingredients:
- For the Meatball:
- 160g to 200g mince (50/50 Beef and pork if possible otherwise Beef works)
- 20g bread crumb
- 1 egg
- Italian or mixed herbs
- 2 Tbsp onion (diced fine)
- 2 Tbsp grated parm or granapadano
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Form 4 to six balls of the mixture
- Seer in a large heavy based pan coated in olive oil over high heat and remove once all sides are nicely colored and set aside
- For the red sauce:
- 2 cloves garlic (Sliced) Fresh basil
- 1 Cup tomato puree
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper
How To Make Meatball sub
- In the same pan add some more olive oil if needed then the garlic cook until
browned slightly. - Add the basil then the tomato to the pan and bring to the boil. Season with salt pepper and sugar.
- Add the meatballs back to the pan and cook them the rest of the way in the sauce.
- To build the sub:
- Crusty bread (ciabatta or baguette works will)
- Sliced Mozzarella
- Pesto
- Spoon the meatballs and red sauce on to the bread
- Top with Mozzarella and Pesto and place under the broiler to melt and color nicely.
