Dumpling Nachos Recipes by Thando ManyoniServes: 1Time: 30 minutes Ingredients:250g pork mince4 spring onionsHandful coriander, chopped1 egg1 tbsp Clover OlivePride1 tbsp chili oil1 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp saltWonton wrapperTo garnish:Japanese mayoSirachaHandful spring onions1 tbsp black sesame seeds How To Make Dumpling NachosIn a bowl combine the pork mince, spring onions, coriander, egg, oils, soy sauce and salt.Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the mince mixture on a wonton wrapper then cut diagonally in half.Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and fry the wontons with the filling face down on the pan.Fry for 2-3 minutes, then flip and pour 1/3 cup water in the pan.Cover with a lid and steam for 2 minutes until water has evaporated, remove the lid and fry for a further 2-3 minutes until crispy.Transfer onto a plate and finish with the toppings and serve.
