Dumpling Nachos

  • 250g pork mince
  • 4 spring onions
  • Handful coriander, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Clover Olive
  • Pride
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Wonton wrapper

To garnish:

  • Japanese mayo
  • Siracha
  • Handful spring onions
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds

How To Make Dumpling Nachos

  1. In a bowl combine the pork mince, spring onions, coriander, egg, oils, soy sauce and salt.
  2. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the mince mixture on a wonton wrapper then cut diagonally in half.
  3. Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and fry the wontons with the filling face down on the pan.
  4. Fry for 2-3 minutes, then flip and pour 1/3 cup water in the pan.
  5. Cover with a lid and steam for 2 minutes until water has evaporated, remove the lid and fry for a further 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  6. Transfer onto a plate and finish with the toppings and serve.
