
Easter Trifle
Jelly, swiss roll, fruit and as much Clover Custard as your heart desires!

Serves: 8
Preparation time: 35 minutes, plus 2 hours to set
Ingredients:
- 2 packets strawberry jelly, prepared according to packet instructions
- 1 packet pineapple jelly, prepared according to packet instructions
- 2 store-bought Swiss rolls, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 5 cups Clover Custard
- To serve:
- fresh berries
- whipped cream
- chocolate shards or shavings
- gold leaf, optional
How To Make Easter Trifle
- Start by preparing jelly according to packet instructions in separate bowls.
- Pour half of the prepared strawberry jelly into a trifle dish, then add in sliced strawberries and place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Place a few slices of Swiss roll on top of the set jelly, then pour over a generous amount of Clover Custard, then spoon over the rest of the strawberry jelly, top with sliced Swiss rolls and pour over more Clover Custard.
- Lastly top with pineapple jelly, Swiss roll and custard.
- Garnish the trifle with whipped cream, fresh berries, and chocolate shards.
