How To Make Spiced Lentil soup with Chicken, spinach and mushroom

  1. Pour the Fresh Spiced Lentil Soup into a medium pot and warm over medium heat, stirring
    occasionally.
  2. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and let them cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, allowing it to heat through.
  4. Just before serving, stir in the baby spinach and let it wilt for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve with warm naan bread and a side of Classic Woolies Greek Salad for a refreshing contrast.

How To Make Charcuterie board:

  1. Choose a large wooden board or serving platter as your base.
  2. Place the filled Medjool dates in the center for a focal point.
  3. Scoop the mascarpone with fig & pecan nuts into a small bowl and set it nearby.
  4. Arrange strawberries, figs, grapes, and pomegranate rubies around the board, balancing colors and textures.
  5. Place the savory selection biscuits and almond biscotti in small clusters for easy grabbing.
  6. Sprinkle coconut flakes over the fruit for a tropical touch.
