Eggs Two Ways

There’s no one right way to make eggs!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 English Muffin
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Eggs
  • Spring Onion
  • Chili Oil
  • Chili Crunch
  • Feta Cheese

How To Make Chili Oil Scrambled Eggs on English Muffin

  1. Heat chili oil and chili crunch in a hot pan, then add the eggs and reduce the heat to
    medium.
  2. Toast the English muffin in a medium heat pan with butter until golden brown.
  3. Smash the avocado and season with salt, pepper, and lime juice, if desired.
  4. Spread the smashed avocado on the toasted muffin, top with the soft scrambled eggs,
    and finish with spring onion, chili oil, chili crunch, and a sprinkle of feta cheese.

  • 1 Sourdough slice
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Eggs
  • Feta Cheese
  • Chili Crunch
  • Chili Flakes

How To Make Feta Eggs on Sourdough

  1. Add feta and chili flakes to a medium heat pan with oil, then place your egg on top and fry until cooked to your liking.
  2. Toast a slice of sourdough in a medium heat pan with butter until golden brown.
  3. Smash the avocado and season with salt, pepper, and lime juice, if desired.
  4. Spread the smashed avocado on the toasted sourdough, top with the feta egg, sprinkle with chili flakes, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
