Fruits of the Forest Berry Crumble

As the season changes, you may be seeking something warm to sweeten the cooler evenings or even just your morning.

Serves: 4-5
Time: 20-25 minutes


2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cups strawberries
1 cup raspberries
Zest of 1 lemon
100g castor sugar
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp vanila essence
½ cup cream
2 cups oats
½ cup butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups Clover Fruits of the Forest with cereal


Pour the Fruits of the Forest into a loaf tin and freeze until set.
To make the filling, place the berries, zest of 1 lemon, castor sugar, corn flour, vanilla essence and cream into a bowl.
Mix well to combine and scoop into a greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, butter and sugar and mix together using your hands. Add the oat crumbs over the berry mixture and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the oat crumb is golden brown and crispy.
Once baked, scoop the Fruits of the Forest and serve with the crumble
