Game Day Snacks 4 Ways

Raise the stakes this game day with a snack platter that celebrates cheese! Think loaded fries, sliders, pinwheels and toasties!

Time: 40 minutes
Serves: 8-12

Ingredients:

  • 500g French Fries, cooked
  • 1 cup cooked bacon bits
  • ½ cup siracha mayo
  • 750g Parmalat grated cheese
  • 3-5 spring onions, sliced

How To Make Loaded Fries

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Scatter the fries on a baking sheet, sprinkle the bacon bits and top with a generous amount of cheese.
  3. Place the fries in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  4. Remove from the oven, drizzle over the siracha mayo and garnish with spring onion

Ingredients:

  • 8 slider rolls
  • 500g pulled pork shoulder, cooked
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4-6 Parmalat Maxi Slice

How To Make Sliders

  1. Cut the buns in half and spread butter over the bases.
  2. In a bowl, combine the pulled pork and BBQ sauce.
  3. Spoon the pulled pork mixture on the bottom half of the buns and spread.
  4. Top with slices of cheese.
  5. Place the top buns over and cover with foil.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 8 Parmalat Shisanyama cheese slice
  • 8-10 Pepperoni salami slices

How To Make Pinwheels

  1. Place the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Spread the butter over, followed by the cheese slices and then the pepperoni.
  3. Tightly roll the pastry from the long side.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut into 3cm pinwheels.
  5. Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake in the over for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cheese has melted.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 tbsp garlic butter
  • 150g Parmalat Slice on Slice

How To Make Cheese Toastie

  1. Butter both sides of the bread with the garlic butter.
  2. Heat a large grill pan and place two slices on the pan.
  3. Top with 2-3 slices of cheese then cover with the remaining bread.
  4. Toast on each side until golden.
  5. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles and serve
