A lunch favourite!
Time: 15-20 minutes
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 cup Clover Go nuts peanut butter
½ cup dark chocolate, chopped
1 egg beaten with a dash of milk
Icing sugar for dusting
Preheat the oven to 180C
Cut the puff pastry into thick strips. Spread the Clover Go nuts peanut butter on each of them and sprinkle the chocolate over the peanut butter. Roll them up and place onto a lined baking sheet.
Brush with egg wash and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the pastry is golden in colour.
Allow to cool and dust with icing sugar.
Chefs Tip: Mint chocolate would go very well with the smooth peanut butter taste as well as chopped nuts for some crunch.
