Grill the boerewors on braai or in a pan. Set aside
Heat a pan and drizzle some olive oil.
Add the onions, sugar and balsamic vinegar and cook on a low to medium heat until caramelized and soft, approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
Slice the hotdog rolls lengthways, spread the Classic spread and toast in a pan until golden.
Assemble the boerewors rolls; place a piece of boerewors in the toasted roll, top with a generous amount of onions, sprinkle over some cheese and place on baking sheet.
Repeat till all the rolls are filled
Place the baking tray in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Top each roll with fresh salsa, a few coriander leaves and dollops of mayo.
