For the lemon thyme ice, slice the lemons, then cut each slice into four.
Place a piece of lemon in each cube of an empty ice tray.
Follow with sprinkle of fresh thyme in each.
Top with cold water and place in the freezer to freeze.
Make the simple syrup by combining all the ingredients in a saucepan and bringing to a boil.
Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, and cool completely
To make your fizz drinks; add 2-4 ice cubes into each glass, add the simple syrup, divide the HoneyGold® juice, a slice of HoneyGold® to each, a sprig of rosemary and pour sparkling water to finish.
