Grapes and Burrata

  • 500 g Woolworths Seedless Red Grapes 20096250
  • 150 x 2 Fresh Ayrshire Fior Di Latte Mozzarella Cheese 6009173166494
  • ⅓ cup Woolworths Date Syrup 6009226660542
  • 1 ClemenGold® Mandarins, juiced and zested 6009207876375
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt, to taste

How To Make Grapes & Burrata

  1. Place a medium skillet on high heat and drizzle in the date syrup with the ClemenGold® zest, juice, bay leaf and a pinch of salt.
  2. Once the syrup mixture starts to bubble, add the grapes and stir to coat.
  3. Allow to simmer for 2–3 minutes until sticky but still loose.
  4. Place both mozzarellas onto a serving platter and tear one.
  5. Spoon over the date syrup and plate the grapes on the dish too. Grind over black pepper and serve with the crackers.
