How To Make Greek Chicken Marinade and Tzatziki

  1. Place all the marinade ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Add the chicken and allow to marinate overnight or at least 1 hour.
  3. To cook the chicken, bring a griddle pan to a medium-high heat and cook the chicken on each side for at least 8-9 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Cut the chicken into pieces and serve with tzatziki and pita bread.
  5. To prepare the tzatziki, strain the cucumber and allow as much water excess to drip from the cucumber as possible.
  6. Add all the ingredients together into a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Chefs tip:
Allow the tzatziki to marinate too, the garlic flavour will intensify and it will have a deeper flavour.
