How To Make Greek Chicken Marinade and Tzatziki
- Place all the marinade ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Add the chicken and allow to marinate overnight or at least 1 hour.
- To cook the chicken, bring a griddle pan to a medium-high heat and cook the chicken on each side for at least 8-9 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Cut the chicken into pieces and serve with tzatziki and pita bread.
- To prepare the tzatziki, strain the cucumber and allow as much water excess to drip from the cucumber as possible.
- Add all the ingredients together into a bowl and mix to combine.
- Chefs tip:
Allow the tzatziki to marinate too, the garlic flavour will intensify and it will have a deeper flavour.
