Green Tea Inspired Recipes
Proof that green tea doesn’t just belong in a cup, it belongs in your cravings.

- 125ml (½ cup) Strong Brewed Green Tea
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
Filling Ingredients:
- 250g (1 cup) Frozen Peas
- 250ml (1 cup) Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Mint (for garnish)
How To Make Creamy Green Tea and Pea Soup
- Sauté: In a pot over medium heat, melt the coconut oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Cook Peas: Add the frozen peas and cook until fully defrosted and tender.
- Blend: Transfer the peas and garlic to a blender. Add the coconut milk, brewed green tea, and lemon juice.
- Liquefy: Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- Heat & Season: Pour the mixture back into the pot to heat through. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Pour into bowls and garnish with a swirl of coconut milk and fresh mint leaves.

- 2 Green Tea bags
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 cm piece Fresh Ginger (sliced)
Filling Ingredients:
- 12-15 Frozen Gyoza or Dumplings
- 100g Baby Spinach or Bok Choy
- 1 small Carrot (shredded or julienned)
- 2 Spring Onions (sliced, for garnish)
- Fresh Chili (optional, for heat)
How To Make 10 Minute Green Tea Soup Dumplings
- Steep the Broth: Bring water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the green tea bags and ginger. Let steep for 3 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
- Season: Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Cook Dumplings: Add the frozen dumplings to the simmering tea broth. Cook according to packet instructions (usually 3-4 minutes).
- Wilt Greens: In the last minute of cooking, add the spinach or bok choy and shredded carrots until just wilted.
- Serve: Ladle the dumplings and fragrant broth into bowls. Garnish with spring onions and chili.
