High Fibre Chia Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice

How To Make Chia Berry Smoothie

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
