Granola Florentines
Combining the goodness of Kellogg’s granola with the irresistible charm of Florentines!

Serves: 10 cookies
Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup flaked almonds
- ¾ cup Kellogg’s Granola (of your choice)
- ¼ cup glace cherries, chopped
- 3 tbsp raisins
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 80g dark chocolate, melted
How To Make Granola Florentines
- Preheat the oven to 180C and line baking tray with parchment
- Place the almonds, granola, cherries and raisins in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a saucepan, mix together the butter, sugar, honey and flour in a saucepan over low heat until sugar has dissolved.
- Add the vanilla essence and stir.
- Pour the sugar syrup over the over the granola mixture until everything is coated
- Dollop large spoonsful of the mixture into the pan without pressing down.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden in colour
- Allow them to cool completely and reshaping if needed.
- Once cooled, dip the cookies in the chocolate halfway.
- Allow to set
