  • 400g Feta
  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ lemon juice and zest
  • 4 tbsp Harissa
  • 2 tsp smoked chilli flakes
  • Handful fresh parsley chopped

How To Make Feta Dip

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and zest.
  2. Pulse until smooth and creamy, scrapping down the sides.
  3. Add the brine of feta for smoother consistency
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, swirl the harissa into the dip, sprinkle the chilli flakes and top with chopped parsley.
  5. Enjoy with any of your Snacktime favourites


  • 400ml Chickpeas
  • ½ lemon juice and zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt

How To Make Easy Hummus

  1. Place the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and oil in a blender. Blend until smooth
  2. Add water if needed to reach your desired consistency
  3. Season with cumin and salt
  4. Serve with and of your snacktime variants


  • 4 Roma tomatoes, deseeded and diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • Handful fresh coriander
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How To Make Salsa

  1. To a bowl add the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, coriander and lime.
  2. Toss to combine
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper
