Mezze Board

Ingredients:
- 400g Feta
- 100g Cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ lemon juice and zest
- 4 tbsp Harissa
- 2 tsp smoked chilli flakes
- Handful fresh parsley chopped
How To Make Feta Dip
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and zest.
- Pulse until smooth and creamy, scrapping down the sides.
- Add the brine of feta for smoother consistency
- Transfer to a serving bowl, swirl the harissa into the dip, sprinkle the chilli flakes and top with chopped parsley.
- Enjoy with any of your Snacktime favourites
Ingredients:
- 400ml Chickpeas
- ½ lemon juice and zest
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 tbsp water
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt
How To Make Easy Hummus
- Place the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and oil in a blender. Blend until smooth
- Add water if needed to reach your desired consistency
- Season with cumin and salt
- Serve with and of your snacktime variants
Ingredients:
- 4 Roma tomatoes, deseeded and diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- Handful fresh coriander
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt
- Pepper
How To Make Salsa
- To a bowl add the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, coriander and lime.
- Toss to combine
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
