Mini Croissant Cereal

You only need 2 ingredients to make the cutest breakfast ever! 

Serves: 3-4
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry
Icing sugar
Milk for serving

Method:

Cut the pastry into strips of approximately 2,5 cm.
Cut triangles in the strips. Roll each triangle from the base to the tip.
Place onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with icing sugar. Bake for 12 minutes at 180C. Allow to cool and serve in a bowl with milk.

Chefs Tip: You can serve the cereal with berries and it can be stored in an airtight container.
