Mini French Clafoutis

Delightful, fluffy baked custard puddings with fruit made better with Clover Custard!

  • 2 ½ cups mixed berries
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Clover Custard
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
  • Clover Custard, for serving

How To Make Mini French Clafoutis

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease ramekins or muffin tins with cooking spray.
  2. Add mixed berries into the prepared ramekins, then in a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. Sift in flour and whisk until smooth, gradually whisk in the Clover Custard and vanilla essence until the batter is smooth and free of any lumps.
  4. Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until the clafoutis are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow it too slightly cool down.
  6. Serve immediately, with a dusting of icing sugar and serve with a generous amount of Clover Custard.
