Mini French Clafoutis
Delightful, fluffy baked custard puddings with fruit made better with Clover Custard!

Serves: 6
Preparation time: 10 – 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 – 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups mixed berries
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Clover Custard
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Icing sugar, for dusting
- Clover Custard, for serving
How To Make Mini French Clafoutis
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease ramekins or muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Add mixed berries into the prepared ramekins, then in a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until well combined.
- Sift in flour and whisk until smooth, gradually whisk in the Clover Custard and vanilla essence until the batter is smooth and free of any lumps.
- Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until the clafoutis are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow it too slightly cool down.
- Serve immediately, with a dusting of icing sugar and serve with a generous amount of Clover Custard.
