Mini three cheese pita pizza

Get the kids in the kitchen and turn them into little chefs with this easy recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 8 mini pita’s
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup gouda or matured smoked cheddar
  • 250g tomato passata
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil

How To Make Mini three cheese pita pizza’s

  1. Grate all three cheese’s and place them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. To the cheese, add dried oregano, and season to with salt, pepper and mix to combine.
  3. Place the mini pitas onto a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon 2 tbsp of tomato passata to the pita base, sprinkle on some of the three cheese mix an bake in the oven for 6-8 minute, until gooey.
  5. Top with fresh basil for serving and enjoy.
