Mixed Berry Breakfast Bake
A vibrant and wholesome dish that comes together in a flash!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup brown sugar or maple syrup
- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- ¼ cup chopped mixed nuts or seeds for topping
How To Make Mixed Berry Breakfast Bake
- Preheat your oven to 190°C.
- Grease a baking dish or any ovenproof dish.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- If using frozen berries, no need to thaw.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle nuts or seeds on top if using.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the centre is set.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
