Recipe by: Thando Manyoni

Ingredients:

Olive oil
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup cream cheese
2 spring onions
2 tbsp Mrs. Balls sweet chilli
Salt
Pepper
20 Wonton wrappers
Mrs. Balls Sweet chilli sauce for serving

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Heat a skillet and drizzle olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic and saute until soft. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Add the cream cheese, spring onion, sweet chilli, salt and pepper. To assemble, spoon 1 rounded tablespoon of the filling onto each wrapper. Brush the water around the edges of the wrapper, then bring the corners of the wrapper together in the centre and pinch to seal the filling. Place on the baking sheet. Brush each Rangoon with oil. Bake for 12-15 minute. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with the Mrs. Balls sweet chilli sauce as a dip

Chefs Tip: You could play with different flavours and use another vegetable like aubergine and peppers as a filling, or go for a meaty option with beef or pork mince.
