Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C Line and grease a loaf pan In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, sugar and milk. Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the poppy seeds, zest and juice of the lemon. Pour into prepared loaf tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and drizzle over the loaf, slice and serve.
