Overnight Oats

Make mornings easy and delicious with this simple overnight oats recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup double cream yogurt
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 Tbs linseeds seeds
  • 1 Tbs honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • Toppings of your choice (fresh, nuts, seeds, peanut butter)

How To Make Overnight Oats

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, linseeds, honey, and vanilla essence.
  2. Stir everything well until combined.
  3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add your favourite toppings, such as fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or nut butter.
  5. Enjoy your healthy overnight oats.
