Overnight oats are a refreshing alternative to your regular warm bowl of oats, and it can be jazzed up by adding some of your favourite breakfast ingredients.

3 cups oats
Clover Fresh Milk
Sugar/ maple syrup
5 tbsp peanut butter
Sliced fruit (bananas and strawberries)
Chia seeds (optional)
1. Prepare 5 small jars.
2. Fill each jar half-way with oats.
3. Add the nut butter, fruit, and sweetener of your choice.
4. Add the milk
5. Close and store jars in the fridge to grab each morning of the week
Chefs Tip:The soaked oat mixture will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days, making this recipe meal prep friendly. Simply refrigerate your oats in jars, and simply grab your breakfast from the fridge every morning.
