Ingredients:
1 block firm tofu For the batter 1 cup plant based milk ¼ cup seasoned flour For the breading 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs ¼ cup nutritional yeast 1 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cut tofu into nugget sized blocks. Combine the ingredients for the batter in one bowl and mix together the breading ingredients in a separate bowl.
Dip the tofu blocks into the batter and then into the breading until well coated. Place into an airfryer and fry at 180C for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Serve with a di of choice and a refreshing Manhattan iced tea.
