Ingredients:

  • Slow Cooked Pork Cheek Casserole Avg 1 kg
  • Creamy Samp 500 g
  • Tenderstem® Broccoli 230 g
  • Garlic
  • Butter

How To Make Cooked Pork Cheek Casserole with Samp and Tenderstem Broccoli

  1. Heat up the Slow Cooked Pork Cheek Casserole as per instructions.
  2. Heat up the Creamy Samp as per instructions.
  3. In a medium heat pan, melt some butter, add garlic, and the Tenderstem® Broccoli and allow to fry for 8 minutes.
  4. Plate and serve hot.

  • Amadombolo Steamed
  • Bread 4 pk
  • Fresh Parsley 30 g
  • Asian Chilli Szechuan Pepper Oil 200 ml

How To Make Pork Trotters with Amadombolo

  1. Heat up the Slow Cooked Pork Trotters as per instructions.
  2. Heat up the Amadombolo as per instructions.
  3. Plate, and garnish with fresh Parsley and a swirl of chilli oil
