Pork Dumplings

Celebrate Chinise New Year with lucky food including these dumplings which symbolizes wealth.

  • 500g ground pork
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • White pepper to taste
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • Handful chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • Dumpling wrappers

How To Make Pork Dumplings

  1. Stir all the ingredients together.
  2. Fry a small amount to taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  3. Chill the mixture then fill the dumpling wrappers.
  4. Steam and fry.
