In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, yoghurt, vanilla paste, and honey, then add in whey protein powder and baking powder and mix until well combined.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add in coconut oil and allow this to melt, once the coconut oil has melted pour in a ¼ cup of batter and cook the pancake until bubbles form, then flip over and cook for about 1 minute.
Once all the pancakes are ready, serve immediately with a generous amount of Greek yogurt, honey, and garnish with fresh mixed berries.
