Protein Packed Pancakes

Fuel yourself for a big workout with these protein-packed pancakes!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla paste
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 scoops unsweetened whey protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • To serve:
  • honey
  • mixed berries

How To Make Protein Packed Pancakes

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, yoghurt, vanilla paste, and honey, then add in whey protein powder and baking powder and mix until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add in coconut oil and allow this to melt, once the coconut oil has melted pour in a ¼ cup of batter and cook the pancake until bubbles form, then flip over and cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Once all the pancakes are ready, serve immediately with a generous amount of Greek yogurt, honey, and garnish with fresh mixed berries.
