Pizza Sandwich with Feta, Bacon and Avo
Add Clover Feta and everything is better!

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ Cup Pizza sauce
- 2 Discs Clover feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 Bacon strips, chopped
- Avo, to serve
- Dressing:
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make Pizza Sandwiches
- To make the dressing, add all the ingredients together and whisk to combine, season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the yoghurt and flour together and knead until smooth, dust with more flour if needed.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet.
- Roll out a dinner sized plate sized piece of pizza dough, about 27cm in width.
- Place the dough onto the baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce onto the dough, add some bacon and crumbled feta cheese and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Add avocado to half the pizza and fold in half like a sandwich.
- Drizzle with the dressing before serving.
