Bring water to a boil in a medium sized pot, season with salt. Cook the pasta for 10-15 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, drizzle olive oil and heat up. Add the onions and garlic and saute until soft. Add the sauces and bring to gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the parsley to the sauce and finish off with salt and pepper to taste. Fold the pasta into the sauce, dish into bowls top with cheese and serve!
Chefs Tip: You can also puree some veggies and fold it into the pasta!
