Encouraging our little ones to enjoy themselves while trying new foods is a huge milestone and it takes their taste buds on an adventure of discovery – after all, there’s a whole world of flavours to explore – and starting solids is the first step.

Ingredients:
80ml Purity apples fruit jar 80ml Purity sweet potato jar 1 banana, sliced and frozen ½ Cup water ¼ Cup plain yoghurt ¼ Cup blueberries handful baby spinach handful ice
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is to thick, just add some extra water until you reach the desired consistency.
