Shredded Buffalo Chicken Burgers
Nothing like leftover chicken transfromed into delicious burgers!

Ingredients:
- For the Buffalo Chicken:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- ½ cup Buffalo hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp honey
- For the Burgers:
- 4 burger buns
- ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or slaw mix
- ½ cup sliced pickles
- Butter or oil for toasting buns
How To Make Shredded Buffalo Chicken Burgers
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine Buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, honey and onion powder.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and mix well to coat.
- Heat through for 3–5 minutes until warm and saucy.
- Taste and adjust heat with more hot sauce.
- Lightly butter the insides of the buns and toast in a skillet or grill pan until golden and crisp.
- Spread a generous layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing on the bottom bun.
- Pile on a scoop of shredded Buffalo chicken.
- Top with shredded lettuce, pickles.
- Finish with the top bun.
- Serve warm with fries, sweet potato wedges, or celery sticks.
