Friday nights-in are made easy with these Simply Chicken Satay Skewers.

Simply Crumbed Chicken Satay Skewers


400g Simply Chicken Original Nuggets 
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seed, to serve
wooden skewers

Satay Sauce:
1/3 Cup peanut butter
3-4 Tbsp coconut milk
1 clove garlic, grated
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
Juice of one fresh lime


Cook the Simply Chicken Original Nuggets according package instructions. 

In the meantime, add all the ingredients in for the satay sauce into a mixing bowl and using a whisk combine all the ingredients until smooth.

Add some more lime juice or coconut milk if the sauce is to thick.

Skewer 3 Simply Chicken Nuggets onto a wooden skewer, drizzle some satay sauce over, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
