S’mores Crunch Wrap

Take your S’mores to the next level with the Beacon Whippy Marshmallow Eggs

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 12 Beacon Whippy Marshmallow Eggs
  • 8 coconut biscuit
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup cinnamon sugar

How To Make S’mores Crunch Wrap

  1. Prepare and heat a braai stand.
  2. Lay one tortilla on your work surface, add 3 marshmallow eggs in the centre leaving a 4-5cm border around the centre.
  3. Top with two biscuits then tightly fold the edged of the tortilla towards the centre, creating pleats.
  4. Turn the wrap over so the pleats are at the bottom, keeping the wrap together.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Brush the wraps with butter on both sides then wrap in foil.
  7. Grill on the braai for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  8. Remove from the heat, unwrap and toss in the cinnamon sugar.
  9. Cut in half and serve immediately.
