Spicy Kiwi Marinated Steak Kebab It’s the Final cutdown and we’re celebrating with a spicy kiwi marinated steak kebab!Recipe by: Clement Pedro Ingredients:2 ripe kiwi fruit2 green chilli, roughly chopped2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped1 stalk spring onion1/4 cup soy sauceSalt and freshly ground black pepper2 x 350g Free Range MaturedThick Cut Beef Rump Steaks cut into chunks1 red onions, cut into quarters How To MakeFor the marinade, blend all the ingredients together to form a sauce.Pour the marinade over the steaks and allow them to marinade for an hour or overnight for the best results.Separate the onion petals and begin skewering them, alternating with chunks of the steak.Over high heat coals, place the kebabs on the braai grid and turn every few minutes until evenly braaied and charred.
