Spicy Kiwi Marinated Steak Kebab

It’s the Final cutdown and we’re celebrating with a spicy kiwi marinated steak kebab!

  • 2 ripe kiwi fruit
  • 2 green chilli, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 x 350g Free Range Matured
  • Thick Cut Beef Rump Steaks cut into chunks
  • 1 red onions, cut into quarters

How To Make

  1. For the marinade, blend all the ingredients together to form a sauce.
  2. Pour the marinade over the steaks and allow them to marinade for an hour or overnight for the best results.
  3. Separate the onion petals and begin skewering them, alternating with chunks of the steak.
  4. Over high heat coals, place the kebabs on the braai grid and turn every few minutes until evenly braaied and charred.
