Ingredients:
560ml Milk
140ml Cream
160g Sugar
3g Vanilla
150g Boiled Rice
3g Rice Flour
30g Corn Starch
35ml Water
How To Make Sütlaç
1. Put the milk and cream in a pan and bring to a boil while stirring. 2. Sugar, rice flour and vanilla are added to the boiling mixture. 3. Starch and water are melted in a separate bowl. 4. Slowly add to the boiling mixture 5. Lower the heat and add the pre-boiled rice.
6. Portion into porcelain bowls and wait for half an hour.
