Sütlaç

It’s stone fruit season and we have decided to dedicate a whole culinary hotline to these sweet and juicy fruit!

For 1kg

Ingredients:

 

  • 560ml Milk
  • 140ml Cream
  • 160g Sugar
  • 3g Vanilla
  • 150g Boiled Rice
  • 3g Rice Flour
  • 30g Corn Starch
  • 35ml Water

How To Make Sütlaç

1. Put the milk and cream in a pan and bring to a boil while stirring.
2. Sugar, rice flour and vanilla are added to the boiling mixture.
3. Starch and water are melted in a separate bowl.
4. Slowly add to the boiling mixture
5. Lower the heat and add the pre-boiled rice.

6. Portion into porcelain bowls and wait for half an hour.
 

Step 1: Water is put into the tray, Rice pudding bowls are placed in a tray
Step 2: It is kept in the oven at 280° degrees until it turns golden brown.
