Method:
Line a 20 x 20cm baking tin with baking paper and a non-stick cooking spray.Remove the packaging and lolly sticks from the chocolates. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients until they have all been coated with melted chocolate. Then pour the mixture into the lined baking tin. Place the tin into the fridge to set for 3-4 hours.Once the mixture has set cut into small 5 x 5cm squares. Place the rocky road bars into some gift packaging of your choice.
Chefs Tip:Place the mom chocolates face up in the set tin to allow the writing to show up clearly in the rocky road bars.Use any biscuits or fillings of your choice, choose moms favourites
