Fruits of the Forest Breakfast Cheesecake

Breakfast time is routine but that doesn’t mean it has to be boring…especially for your mom this coming Mother’s day. Try your hand at making your own indulgent Breakfast cheesecake with their favourite flavour of Fruits of The Forest Dairy Snack.

Serves: 3-4
Time: 15 minutes

For the base
1 cup instant oats
1 cup apple juice
2 tbsp honey

for the filling
250g Cream cheese
2 tbsp honey
300ml Fruits of the Forest, any flavor

1 cup mixed berries
¼ cup brown sugar


Add the oats to a saucepan with and pour in the apple juice. Add in the honey and stir. Cook until the oats have thickened and set aside to cool. Add more apple juice if too thick.

Prepare the filling by combining the cream cheese, honey and Fruits of the forest. Place the oats into serving glasses or a springform tin. Add the Fruits of the filling on top and set in fridge.

In a small saucepot, combine the berries and brown sugar. Cook down unil sugar is dissolved and berries have formed syrup.

Add the berry mixture on top of the breakfast cheesecake when ready to serve
