In a separate small bowl, crack an egg then gently pour the egg into the water mixture. Allow the egg to form a skin then use a slotted spoon to transfer the egg into a simmering deep pan of water. Ingredients:4 Eggs ¼ Cup Milk Chives, finely chopped (optional) How To Make Microwave Scrambled EggsCrack the eggs into a microwave safe large bowl, add the milk and whisk them until combined.Place the eggs into a microwave and cook for 1 minute, remove and whisk again. Place back into microwave and cook for another 1 minute, continue to cook and whisk the eggs until your liking.Serve topped with chives, season with salt and pepper.
