Three Egg Hacks

Poached, scrambled or in the airfryer? Try these three egg hacks!

Ingredients:

  • 500ml water
  • 250ml white vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt

How To Make Poached Eggs

  • Add the water and vinegar to a medium bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, crack an egg then gently pour the egg into the water mixture.
  • Allow the egg to form a skin then use a slotted spoon to transfer the egg into a simmering deep pan of water.
  • Cook to your preference.
  • Remove the egg and serve on avo toast.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • Chives, finely chopped (optional)

How To Make Microwave Scrambled Eggs

  1. Crack the eggs into a microwave safe large bowl, add the milk and whisk them until combined.
  2. Place the eggs into a microwave and cook for 1 minute, remove and whisk again.
  3. Place back into microwave and cook for another 1 minute, continue to cook and whisk the eggs until your liking.
  4. Serve topped with chives, season with salt and pepper.

How To Make Airfryer Boiled Eggs

  1. Place the eggs into the airfryer for 7 minutes and then place them into ice cold water for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Remove the shell from the eggs and serve to your liking.
