Tuna Tataki A beautiful, fresh way of serving tuna.Recipe by Carishma Basday Ingredients:100g Fresh tuna ½ Cup White and black sesame seeds ½ Cup soy sauce ¼ Cup coconut aminos 2 Tbsp lemon juice6-8 garlic cloves, finely sliced ¼ Cup up sesame oil – might need a bit more2 red chilies, chopped Small bunch coriander, chopped How To Make Tuna TatakiCoat the tuna in the sesame seeds and in a high heated pan, sear off the tuna in some sesame oil or coconut oil on each side.Once each edge has been seared off, place the tuna onto a plate and into the fridge for at least 2 hours, to cool down.To make the tataki sauce, add the remaining ingredients together, except for the garlic.In a separate pan, heat up some sesame oil and fry off the garlic until golden. Then add to the sauce.Thinly slice the tuna and place onto a serving plate and pour the sauce over the tuna before serving. Enjoy!
